The few days we spent there were great. You are extremely close to almost everything Williamsburg had to offer. We felt safe and secure while on property. The staff during our check in were so very helpful, pleasant and professional that it made the process a breeze. The 2 bedrooms suite we stayed in was unbelievably spacious and was equipped with everything you would need to make your vacation feel like home.

Pro: Nice location, Bars, Food availability and great front desk service and valet service. Roof top views are awesome. Bed - Really comfortable bed and pillows Con: Parking - Use the valet. After being told by the front desk that we can park on the side of the hotel without paying on Saturday as the police don’t ticket there as they know the hotel guests park there, my sister received 3 parking tickets that day. My husband and I used the valet. They were awesome. Hotel manager said that they will take care of the tickets ( fingers crossed that they do). Cleanliness- 2 of the 3 rooms had obviously not been cleaned too well. My room had a party mask left on a chair and a pill was on the floor. My sisters room had a cigarette on the floor (she doesn’t smoke). 3rd room was fine. Overall: Decent stay with an average hotel room feel, not worth the money we paid for it. Nothing exceptional about the room other than really comfortable bed and pillows.

It's been fifteen years since we had been to Williamsburg. We really like it, but Summer is over and the place appears to have been run hard and hung up wet. A true National Treasure that may need an infusion of National interest and money to return it to its former glory.

This is a historical location, so the bathroom wasn’t as efficient as a modern one. Parking was quite a challenge, and there was some unexplained noise, possibly from water or electricity, that made it hard to sleep at night. Still, the view from the place makes it worth a stay! However, if you’re traveling for business and need proper rest, this might not be the best option.

Staff are super nice and mind their business
